Treatment of Visitors: Hospitability and respectful behavior is highly valued. In Ethiopia everyone is part of a community. Ethiopia in general is a beautiful country,  friendly people, and a great deal of history, including a long Christian tradition. Closest neighboring people get together for a coffee, at least once a day. A different varieties of fried chick-peas, pop-corn, or bread, etc., are served in Mesob (a plate-like stuff made of grass with round bottom) along with coffee.

YE-AWAZE DABO Thick Ethiopian bread with a dip of red peppers sauce spiced with ginger root and herbs. IYB BEMITMITA Special Ethiopian Cottage cheese made with butter milk curds mixed with butter and mitimita. IYB BEGOMEN Cottage cheese mixed with mitmita and gomen. DEBULBUL TIPS Fried, marinated ground.
